Delete your Artyq account
This page explains how to delete your Artyq account and associated data stored on our servers. Developer: Alikhan.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Artyq app on your device.
- Go to Settings (bottom tab).
- Tap Backup.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog.
You must be signed in with Google. Deletion is immediate on our servers.
What we delete
- Your account (Google-linked profile on our servers)
- Cloud backup (encrypted backup file)
- Subscription records stored on our servers
- AI token balance and related server data
What we may keep
- Limited technical logs for security and operations (retained for a short period, then deleted or aggregated)
- Information we must keep for legal compliance (for example, payment or tax records), if applicable
Data on your device
Deleting your account does not remove budget data stored locally on your phone. To remove local data, uninstall the app or clear app data in your device settings.
Request by email
If you cannot use the app, email artyq2026@gmail.com from the address linked to your Google account. Include “Delete my Artyq account” in the subject. We will verify your request and delete server-side data within a reasonable time.
